Use of advanced calcium modification techniques including rotational atherectomy (rotablation), intravascular lithotripsy (shockwave), and orbital atherectomy. PCI complimented with high volume intravascular imaging (IVUS/OCT) and physiological assessment (FFR/iFR/microvascular studies).

  Aggressive and individualised management of dyslipidaemia (high cholesterol), hypertension (blood pressure), diabetes and obesity, in both primary and secondary prevention settings.

  Structured assessment of chest pain, breathlessness, palpitations, dizziness and collapse, with clear diagnostic pathways and communication back to referrers.

• Cardiology of the Elderly
  Individualised, goal-directed care in elderly patients, balancing intervention with comorbidity, frailty and quality of life.
