Use of advanced calcium modification techniques including rotational atherectomy (rotablation), intravascular lithotripsy (shockwave), and orbital atherectomy. PCI complimented with high volume intravascular imaging (IVUS/OCT) and physiological assessment (FFR/iFR/microvascular studies).
